I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, which offered an amazing view of the Ashtamudi Lake and the swimming pool from my Suite. The level of comfort provided by the abundance of chairs and couches was truly fantastic. However, the Wi-Fi should have been complimentary for a five-star hotel, and some noise disturbances were present.
I was delighted with the comfy and well-arranged rooms, although the lake view was somewhat obstructed by the adjacent roof. The transition to the king suite, which was incredibly spacious with comfortable beds, was a highlight. The hotel's service was pleasant and attentive, organizing a special evening near the lake, even though there was some reluctance to disclose details about certain events around the closed bar. The serene location, away from noise pollution, brought inner calmness and peace, although it could benefit from a makeover to address maintenance issues. The dining experience was elevated with traditional fish dishes recommended despite limited variety, though the dining area could use some improvements. Overall, a comfortable stay with a blend of positives and areas for enhancement.
